Payment Policy
At SpiceIn, we accept two payment methods: T/T transfer and L/C. To place an order with SpiceIn, you will need to provide us with your payment details. We will send you an invoice with all the relevant details, including the total cost of your order, the payment due date, and the payment method options.
For T/T transfers, you will need to make the payment according to the bank details provided in the invoice. Please ensure that you include the invoice number and your company name in the payment description to help us identify your payment. Once we receive the funds, we will confirm your order and arrange for the shipment of your spices.
For L/C payments, please ensure that the L/C is issued in accordance with the terms and conditions agreed upon between SpiceIn and your company. The processing time for L/C payments can vary depending on the banks involved, but the estimated processing time is 7 to 10 business days. Once we receive the L/C, we will confirm your order and arrange for the shipment of your spices.
Please note that your order will not be processed until the funds have been received in our account for T/T transfers or the L/C has been confirmed for L/C payments. This process can take anywhere from 1 to 10 business days, depending on your chosen payment method and the banks involved.
